Berkeley Oddities

This scene caught my eye in Berkeley today  - grabbed my camera and this was the only shot I got before the light changed.  He is in a motorized wheelchair and is stopped at the red light behind the red car!  Took off when the light turned green:)

They must not serve "low bidder" food in Berkeley:)
