Cousins

Today, my cousin Sharon drove over from San Jose and we went out to lunch and had a good old-fashioned gab fest.  Not hard to do when you haven't seen each other in person for ten years!    We have been in touch by email, etc.  We went to Jack London Square in Oakland and had seafood at a restaurant named Kirkland's.    Since we see each other so rarely, we decided we should indulge in dessert!!!   Mine was chocolate:):)    Our fathers were brothers and we really don't know too much about that side of the family so we have all been doing some research the last year or two.  It was interesting sharing what information we do know and catching up on our respective families.    We hope to see each other again before I leave next month.

Fabulous picture, there is definitely a family resemblance. You look fabulous and happy, so young and refreshed! This trip has been so good!
It is nice to see that it eventually stopped raining.

Hey, Peggy - I haven't seen you in over 20 years! Does that mean when we finally get to have lunch together, we get 2 desserts?? :-)
